Varvarinskaya Church was built in 1656. In 1951-1957 the church was restored (the author of the restoration project was A. V. Opolovnikov). In 1989, an additional cycle of conservation work was carried out. In 2015, instead of on-site restoration, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation decided to transfer the architectural monument of federal significance from the non-residential village of Yandomozero to the village of Tipinitsy in order to ensure its further preservation. As of March 2021, the temple stands in Tipinitsy under a roof, with a hipped roof, with onion cupolas and Orthodox crosses. The chapels, architraves, valances, carved pillars, sky-ceiling elements and the frame of the iconostasis are being prepared for installation. The restorer managed to preserve the historical value. They restored and preserved old wood, in rare cases replacing it with new.
